Winter 2007 Glenn Fellows with Senator and Mrs. Glenn  Mrs. Glenn, Christina Amatos, and Philip DeSenze

On Wednesday, January 31st, the Glenn Fellows had the chance to meet and speak with Senator and Mrs. Glenn. Senator Glenn spoke about his 20 plus years in public service, citizenship and youth involvement in politics, and answered many of the questions that Fellows asked of him. Shelby Wolf, Dr. Pantalos, David Morgan

On Wednesday, January 17th, Dr. George Pantalos, Professor of Surgery and Bioengineering at the University of Louisville/CVRC, and an Ohio State alumnus three times over, addressed the Fellows about his current research on the creation of artificial organs, his thoughts on health policy and the challenges of covering services for the uninsured, as well as the choices we must make as a community and as a country about the quality of health care and the accessibility of services.
