HOUSING:
During their stay in Washington, Glenn Fellows live in a central site in the Northwest quadrant designated by the program. The double occupancy suites consist of a bedroom with one Queen size bed, a bathroom, a living room with a roll away bed and a desk, a kitchen with basic utensils (plates, glasses, silverware, pots and pans) and appliances such as a microwave, a toaster and a dishwasher, and a dining area. Weekly cleaning and linen service is provided. The facility owns a parking garage but will separately charge the Fellows for its use. A coin operated laundry facility is located on the lower level. The facility also has a small exercise room equipped with a nautilus machine, recumbent bikes and treadmills. A locked bike storage room is also available as no bikes are allowed in the rooms. The facility has a strict "No Pets" policy.
THE CITY:
In addition to the national monuments and museums, Washington has much to offer
to satisfy varied interests from arts and fine dining, to nightlife and nature.
While participating in the program, Glenn Fellows are required to take part in several pre-arranged and exclusive study tours
of many sites of historic and cultural interest in and around the Washington area. They are also encouraged to attend important literary and theatrical events.

Additionally, programs and calendars from various organizations, museums, theatres, and embassies are regularly made available to the Glenn Fellows.
